Cancellation Policy
Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Monday, May 16, 2022 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Monday, May 16, 2022, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Thursday, June 9, 2022 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication.
Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Thursday, June 9, 2022 (one week prior to the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription. Registrants who cancel after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 (48 hours before the conference) and registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued. Note: Substitutions may be made at any time.
If this event is cancelled by HarrisMartin for COVID-19-related reasons, it will be rescheduled at a future date and your registration will be moved to the new date. If you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit to be used toward a future HarrisMartin event and/or publication subscription. No refunds will be issued in the event of a COVID-19-related cancellation.
