CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Judge Janis Graham Jack has entered an order remanding the vast majority of silica cases pending in MDL 1553 after determining that her court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over the claims. In Re: Silica Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1553 (S.D. Texas).
