Non-Party Research Company Must Cover Cost of Seroquel Discovery

ORLANDO, Fla. - A market research firm that was hired to monitor marketing and prescription trends for Seroquel, but was never named a defendant in litigation involving the drug, has been ordered to pay costs associated with plaintiff's efforts to obtain discovery from the company. In re Seroquel Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1769 (M.D. Fla.).
