Judge Explains Reasons for Throwing Out $3 Million Prempro Verdict

PHILADELPHIA - A state court judge who earlier this year erased a $3 million award in a Prempro case has issued an opinion explaining his prior finding that the plaintiff failed to prove that the manufacturer's allegedly inadequate warnings caused her breast cancer.
