PHILADELPHIA - A state court judge who earlier this year erased a $3 million award in a Prempro case has issued an opinion explaining his prior finding that the plaintiff failed to prove that the manufacturer's allegedly inadequate warnings caused her breast cancer. Nelson v. Wyeth, No. 040101670 (Pa. Ct. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).
