NEW YORK - Ruling out just some of the potential causes of a plaintiff's stroke does not satisfy specific causation requirements when a court has prohibited an expert from "ruling in" the one product that the plaintiff says caused his injury, an ephedra defendant argued recently in a motion for summary judgment.
