NEW YORK, N.Y. - A state court judge has dismissed with prejudice the claims of two Michigan residents who sued the manufacturer of Lipitor in New York, determining that a law limiting the liability of drug makers in the plaintiffs' home state should be applied to the claims. Norris v. Pfizer Inc., No. 109847/06; Hohendorf v. Pfizer Inc., No. 109845/06 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., New York Cty.).
