Judge Denies Wyeth's Motion to Quash Subpoenas in Next Prempro MDL Trial




LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The judge presiding over the Prempro MDL has denied Wyeth's motions to quash subpoenas seeking to compel two of its employees to appear at the next federal trial involving the hormone replacement therapy drug. On Sept. 25, Judge William R. Wilson Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas denied without further explanation Wyeth's motions to quash Justin Victoria's and Michael Dey's subpoenas filed in plaintiff Helene Rush's case, which is scheduled for a January 2007 …
