First Prempro MDL Trial Ends With a Defense Verdict

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The first Prempro MDL case to proceed to go to trial has ended in a defense verdict after a three-week trial in which the plaintiff alleged injuries from Wyeth's hormone replacement therapies.
