Eighth Circuit Affirms Award of Summary Judgment to BMS in Stadol Injury Case

ST. LOUIS - The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a district court's decision to award summary judgment to Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) after finding that the case was barred by the statute of limitations because the plaintiff was aware of her addiction to Stadol three years before filing suit.
