JPML Creates Bausch & Lomb Contact Lens Solution MDL

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has created a Bausch & Lomb Inc. Contact Lens Solution MDL, transferring and consolidating 10 cases to the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. In re Bausch & Lomb Inc. Contact Lens Solution Products Liability Litigation. MDL No. 1785 (D. S.C.).
