Prempro MDL Judge Schedules First Two Bellwether Trials

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Prempro MDL judge scheduled the first two bellwether trials for July and October, respectively, in a recent scheduling order. In re: Prempro Products Liability Litigation. MDL No. 4:03-cv-1507 (E.D. Ark.).

Judge William R. Wilson Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas scheduled the first trial for July 31 and the second for Oct. 10.

Judge Wilson issued a scheduling order on Jan. 26, requiring the plaintiffs to disclose their liability experts for the two trial plaintiffs by Feb. 16. Wyeth and Pfizer must disclose their generic breast cancer causation experts …
