MONTGOMERY, Ala. - An Alabama woman urged the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama on July 8 to grant her motion to remand, saying she did not improperly join several Wyeth managers and sales representatives to avoid federal jurisdiction. Graham v. Wyeth, et al. No. 2:05-cv-00624 (M.D. Ala.).

Barbara D. Graham sued Wyeth Inc., Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc., Qualitest Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Wyeth employees Charles H. Payne, Bill Richards, Walter Williams III, Bill Blount and Jennifer Andrews in the Circuit Court of Bullock County, Ala.
