Wyeth Says Court Should Deny Woman's Appeal in Diet Drug Lawsuit

PHILADELPHIA - Wyeth said on Aug. 12 that the Superior Court of Pennsylvania should deny a plaintiff's appeal of a trial court's summary judgment on behalf of Wyeth, saying the appeal is vague and fails to address important issues. Plaintiff Patricia R.
