LITTE ROCK - A Texas woman who claims her breast cancer was caused by hormone drugs has agreed to a voluntary dismissal of claims against one defendant in the Prempro MDL action, Barr Pharmaceuticals. Blake v. Wyeth, et al., MDL No. 4:03-cv-1507 (E.D. Ark.).
Judge William R. Wilson Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas on April 13 granted the parties' joint motion without prejudice for six months.
