RALEIGH, N.C.-North Carolina's Court of Appeals ordered a new administrative hearing in a personal injury case involving the DPT vaccine, saying the original hearing was flawed because it wasn't before a full compliment of commissioners. Goetz, et al. v. Wyeth-Lederle Vaccines, et al., No. COA4-387.
Plaintiffs Andrew and Catherine Goetz allege their son, Hayden, was injured as a result of the DPT vaccine, which was manufactured by Wyeth-Lederle Vaccine's predecessor, Lederle Labs.
