N.Y. Court Affirms Judgment for Wyeth on Parent's DTP Vaccine Claims

NEW YORK - A New York appellate court issued a corrected opinion on Dec. 15 affirming summary judgment for Wyeth in a vaccine case but reversing summary judgment awarded to the plaintiff's physician.
