NEW YORK - A New York appellate court issued a corrected opinion on Dec. 15 affirming summary judgment for Wyeth in a vaccine case but reversing summary judgment awarded to the plaintiff's physician. Haggerty v. Wyeth Ayerst Pharmaceuticals, No. 2004 NYSlipOP 07283 (N.Y. Sup. App. Div., 2nd Dept.).
Geraldine Haggerty sued Wyeth, Dr. Edward Reilly and others on behalf of her daughter Mary E.
