PSC Moves to Dissolve Baycol MDL, Judge Continues Discovery

MINNEAPOLIS - The MDL judge overseeing discovery in the Baycol MDL recently issued a pretrial ordering scheduling deadlines for case-specific discovery, one week after the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee moved to dissolve the litigation by arguing that the defense was improperly seeking to continue discovery. In re: Baycol Products Litigation. MDL No. 1431. Case No. 0:01-md-01431 (D. Minn.).
