Parties to DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant MDL Disagree on Timing of Trials

DALLAS —The DePuy Pinnacle MDL court has rejected an initial scheduling motion as premature but defendants in the DePuy Pinnacle hip implant proceeding are still expected to propose a case management schedule that would bring the first trial in December 2013.
