Judge Grants Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion to Remand Remicade Injury Case

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A case involving a Texas woman who claims two doctors failed to warn her that Remicade could cause the development of lupus was returned to state court after a federal judge found that the plaintiffs' motion to remand was meritorious since it was unopposed by the defendants.
