CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A case involving a Texas woman who claims two doctors failed to warn her that Remicade could cause the development of lupus was returned to state court after a federal judge found that the plaintiffs' motion to remand was meritorious since it was unopposed by the defendants. Patricia Hamilton and Thomas Hamilton v. Centocor, Inc., et al., No. C-03-502 (S.D. Texas, Corpus Christi Div.).
