BOSTON - Eli Lilly responded to a plaintiff's opposition to its motion for summary judgment in a case involving alleged DES-related injuries, arguing that the plaintiff failed to proffer sufficient evidence to prove that her mother ingested a product manufactured by the Indiana-based company.
