April Trial Scheduled in 1st Bellwether Bard Hernia Mesh Action

COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio federal judge has set a trial date of April 19 in the first bellwether C.R. Bard hernia mesh case, which involves the company’s Ventralight ST mesh.

In a Nov. 23 order, Judge Edmund A. Sargus of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio ordered that the first and second final pretrial conferences will be held on March 24 and April 1, respectively.
