WASHINGTON - A woman's petition to enter into the Vaccine Program cannot be dismissed because she did not submit medical records pertaining to her son's development of autism spectrum disorder along with the filing, stated an order written by Special Master George L. Hastings, Jr. Kim Stewart, Parent of Heath Stewart, v. Secretary of Health and Human Services, No. 02-819V (Fed. Claims Ct.).
