Parties in Accolade Hip System Case Slated to Appear at Scheduling Conference; Will Discuss March 2017 Trial Setting

LAKE CHARLES, La. –– Parties in an Accolade Hip System case are scheduled to appear at a Dec. 15 scheduling conference, according to an entry on the court’s online docket, at which time the parties will discuss whether March 20, 2017 “remains a viable trial date.”

The September docket entry from the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana additionally noted that the “anticipated surgery that led to the parties seeking a stay of this matter has yet to be performed due to conflicts with the surgeon’s schedule.”
