DALLAS –– Plaintiffs involved in a bellwether pinnacle hip implant trial have urged the court to allow recording of live testimony, saying it will “not be the least bit intrusive,” and will not undermine the case management of the MDL proceedings.

The defendants have asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas to deny the motion, maintaining that the request is not only untimely, but it is ill-advised.
