ATLANTA –– The MDL Court overseeing the national coordinated docket for Conserve Hip Implant System personal injury claims has issued a ruling allowing a bellwether plaintiff to introduce testimony from orthopedic surgeons that did not treat her, while also allowing the defendant the option of presenting evidence from a private investigator’s report which includes photo and video surveillance of the plaintiff.
