DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant MDL Court Selects Next Trial Cases in Wake of Defense Verdict

DALLAS –– The court overseeing the DePuy Orthoaedics Inc. Pinnacle Hip Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket has designated 10 cases that are to be prepared for trial, four months after jurors reached a defense verdict in the first Pinnacle Hip Implant case to go to trial.
