PHILADELPHIA — Liaison counsel have been appointed in the recently established docket for state court Xarelto products liability cases in Philadelphia.
In a case management order entered Feb. 11, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Judge Arnold L. New identified counsel from three law firms to serve as co-liaison for plaintiffs, with two serving on behalf of the defendants. The order also stayed until further notice all responsive pleading obligations, including the filing of any potential dispositive motions such as motions for summary judgment, venue or motions for judgment on the pleadings.
