N.J. Judge Overseeing DePuy Pinnacle Hip System Docket Issues Order Governing Confidentiality, Procedures in 10 Cases

HACKENSACK, N.J. –– The New Jersey state court judge overseeing the coordinated DePuy Pinnacle Hip System docket has issued two separate orders in 10 cases, in part outlining upcoming deposition procedures.

In a Dec. 2 order, Judge Brian R. Martinotti of the New Jersey Superior Court for Bergen County said that depositions of the plaintiffs in the 10 cases were to begin in November and should be finished by March 15, 2015.
