MINNEAPOLIS — A federal judge has entered an order allowing for email service for Stryker defendants in the Rejuvenate Hip multidistrict proceedings while, in other recent filings, plaintiffs and defendants have amended proposed fact sheets and protective orders.

The notice of agreement for service followed a status conference and came in Pretrial Order No. 7, filed Dec. 19 by Judge Donovan W. Frank in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
