Latest Transfers to Biomet M2a MDL Bring Case List to 141

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — An order from the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation transferring nine additional cases to the Biomet M2A Magnum Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation proceedings in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana brings the case list to 141 actions.

The panel’s Jan. 31 transfer order was the 20th since the coordinated proceeding was created in October and assigned to District Judge Robert L. Miller Jr. for pretrial proceedings.
