Plaintiffs Ask JPML to Transfer, Consolidate GranuFlo Federal Actions

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The plaintiffs in two GranuFlo cases brought against Fresenius Medical Care North America Inc. (NYSE: FMS) have asked the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to transfer all similar pending federal actions to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings.

In a Dec. 2 motion, Patricia Jones and Dwaine Haerinck assert that transfer and consolidation is appropriate because the pending actions involve nearly identical legal issues and factual allegations.
