NEWARK, N.J. — A federal court has granted a motion by plaintiffs’ counsel in the Durom Hip Cup multidistrict proceedings to seal counsel’s declaration and exhibits offered in opposition to Zimmer Inc.’s (NYSE: ZMH) request to apply provisions of the Hague Convention to the discovery of Swiss evidence.

Magistrate Judge Madeline Cox Arleo signed the order Nov. 29, citing the reasoning offered by defendant Zimmer in a Nov. 5 supporting brief.
