BOSTON — A federal judge has dismissed a pro se Massachusetts plaintiff’s medical malpractice action against both Stryker Orthopaedics (NYSE: SYK) and a surgeon arising from a hip implant procedure, ruling that the action could not be maintained given Stryker’s uncontradicted assertion that the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction because there is not complete diversity between the parties.
