SALT LAKE CITY - A Utah federal judge has denied Stryker Corp. summary judgment on claims that it failed to warn of the risks associated with the injection of local anesthesia directly into the joint space via its pain pumps. Creech v. Stryker Corp., No. 2:07-22 (D. Utah).
