JPML Files Conditional Transfer Orders for Another 15 DePuy ASR Cases

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Conditional transfer orders filed in December have added another 15 cases to the 823 pending in the DePuy ASR hip implant MDL in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In re: DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., ASR Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, No. 10-md-2197 (N.D. Ohio).

The orders listing cases to be transferred were filed by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Dec. 8, 15 and 22.

The panel also identified another six cases that were removed from the conditional transfer lists after plaintiffs filed opposition motions.
