WASHINGTON-The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on June 3 refused to consolidate and transfer to Nevada federal court 11 Reglan/metoclopramide products liability cases, ruling that centralization would not "serve the convenience of the parties and witnesses or further the just and efficient conduct of this litigation at the present time."
