Judge: More Info Needed to Apply Texas Law to Mass. Humira Claim




WORCESTER, Mass. - A trial judge has asked the parties for information about where a Massachusetts-based company made decisions regarding the packaging and design of the prescription drug Humira so that the court can decide whether a suit filed by a Texas resident allegedly injured by the drug is precluded under Texas law.
