CHARLESTON, S.C. –– Attorney Generals of Arizona, California, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia have sent a letter to the federal court overseeing the multidistrict litigation docket for Aqueous Film-Forming Foam Products expressing concern over one aspect of the reworked settlement agreement.

In a letter sent Aug. 7 to Hon. Richard M. Gergel of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, the five Attorney Generals said that they “remain concerned with one critical aspect of the Settlement Agreement: the total amount of consideration DuPont has agreed to pay class members.”
