Camp Lejeune Water Contamination Plaintiff Files Appellate Brief with 11th Circuit




ATLANTA –– A plaintiff appealing the dismissal of her Camp Lejeune water contamination claims has filed an appellate brief with the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, contending that her complaint included allegations that would confer subject matter jurisdiction.

In the July 10 statement filed in the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the plaintiff additionally said that awarding her oral argument is “particularly crucial,” since she has been denied previous request at “every opportunity.”
