Camp Lejeune Plaintiff Files Brief with 11th Circuit, Contests Dismissal




ATLANTA -- A plaintiff appealing the dismissal of her Camp Lejeune water contamination personal injury action has filed a brief with the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, contending that the district court erred when it didn't consider her motion to substitute a bankruptcy trustee as a plaintiff in the action.
