Former LDS Church Member Seeks MDL Docket for Claims Accusing Defendant of Misusing Tithes

WASHINGTON, D.C. –– A plaintiff with claims pending against the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for misusing and misappropriating tithes has asked the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to create an MDL docket for the growing number of similar claims.
