JPML Sends All-Clad Cookware Claims to MDL Docket in Western District of Pennsylvania

WASHINGTON, D.C. –– Hon. J. Nicholas Ranjan of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania will oversee his first multidistrict litigation docket after the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation assigned the All-Clad Metalcrafters stainless-steel cookware cases to a coordinated docket before the judge.

In a March 31 order, the JPML explained that the Western District of Pennsylvania is where All-Clad has been based since 1971.
