3M Combat Arms Earplug Trial Enters Sixth Day of Trial; Bellwether Plaintiffs Continue to Present Case

PENSACOLA, Fla. –– Plaintiffs whose claims are part of the 3M Combat Arms Earplug MDL bellwether trial are continuing to present their case to a federal jury as the proceedings enter its sixth day.

According to civil minutes entered on April 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the plaintiffs presented testimony from Michael Cimino, Garrad Warren III, Jeffrey Lee Hamer, Douglas High Moses, Rhonda Elaine Notter, Charles Daniel Brock Jr., Dr. Douglas Warren Ohlin, and Ron Kieper on Friday, April 2 during the fifth day of trial.
