Johnson & Johnsons Defendants Move to Compel Testimony of Paul Hess in Talcum Powder MDL Docket

TRENTON, N.J. –– The defendants in the national multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder personal injury claims have backed their efforts to compel the testimony of Paul Hess, maintaining that they have been “rebuffed time and again in their efforts at the most basic discovery….”
