N.J. Bankruptcy Judge Overseeing LTL’s Chapter 11 Petition Holds First Hearing Since 3rd Circuit Order




TRENTON, N.J. –– The judge overseeing LTL Management LLC’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition held the first omnibus hearing since the 3rd Circuit issued a decision ordering the dismissal of the proceeding, noting that the Debtor has filed a petition for rehearing and, until that is resolved, the bankruptcy proceeding is in a “holding pattern.”

Hon. Michael B. Kaplan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey held the hearing on Feb. 14. He noted that there were more than 250 participants on the Zoom call.
