NEWARK, N.J. –– Parties involved in the bankruptcy proceedings of LTL Management outlined their positions on the Chapter 11 case during a hearing before Chief Judge Michael B. Kaplan today, with the Debtor stressing that the filing is “to the benefit of everyone.”

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for District of New Jersey kicked the in-person hearing off at 10:05 a.m. on Dec. 15 and continued until 12:50, at which time it took a recess.

Judge Kaplan also overruled objections to the retention of Jones Day as counsel for the Debtor.
