Talcum Powder MDL Parties Submit Status Report and Joint Agenda for Status Conference

NEWARK, N.J. –– Parties in the national multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder claims have filed a status report and joint agenda for an upcoming status conference, noting that Special Master Hon. Joel Schneider (Ret.) is overseeing a review of challenges to certain documents withheld by the defendants as privileged.

According to the June 21 status report and proposed joint agenda filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the status conference is scheduled to take place on June 23.
