ATLANTA –– Plaintiffs in a talcum powder ovarian cancer lawsuit pending in Georgia state court have moved to strike Johnson & Johnson’s replies in in limine briefing, arguing that the Case Management Order governing the proceedings does not permit for the filing of such briefs.

In a Nov. 25 motion filed in the Georgia State Court of Fulton County, the plaintiff moved to strike Johnson & Johnson and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc.’s replies to the plaintiffs’ responses in opposition to in limine motions, contending that the replies “clearly violate this Court’s Case Management Orders.”
