Parties in Talcum Powder Ovarian Cancer MDL Docket File Status Report

TRENTON, N.J. –– Parties involved in the federal multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder cases involving claims of ovarian cancer have filed a status report ahead of a Nov. 17 status conference, noting the progress of both the State One and State Two cases.

According to the Nov. 13 status report and proposed joint agenda filed in the U.S. District Court for District of New Jersey, there are 926 cases remaining in the original batch of randomly selected pool of 1,000 cases.
