TRENTON, N.J. –– The federal court overseeing the national talcum powder multidistrict litigation docket has opted to seal certain exhibits filed in response to a Personal Care Products Council’s motion for summary judgment, according to a recent order.

In the Oct. 8 order, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey noted that the document related to all cases in which Personal Care Products Council is a defendant.

In June, the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee filed a consolidated motion to file under seal certain exhibits attached to the plaintiffs’ opposition to Personal Care Products Council’s motion for summary …
